Su Jok Instruments 

In Su Jok we use certain standard instruments as a projection of our original intent. Each instrument is designed with a specific intent that we learn to match with our own, depending on the case. To name a few:

➢ Our own fingers. Applying pressure, rubbing, pinching, light touching in an Onnuri Massage procedure.

➢ Stimulation Pen. Used to stimulate certain points of hands and feet or perform a deep effective massage on certain areas of said body parts. Also, to locate specific painful points that affect immediately the given condition of any body part.

➢ Magnets. These are special ones, designed for Su Jok treatment, which enable us to direct the energy flow in any given body part, even the whole body.

➢ Needles. Through the application of micro-needles for Su Jok we have a truly vast variety of options for any given case. They enable us to release energy from our organism or direct it at will, in accordance with our intent.

➢ Seeds. Our well known plant seeds include Power of Life. We learn to use this power in an energy flow or stimulating way on our hands and feet through external application of such seeds and other easy-to-find natural instruments like leaves, fruit, even twigs.

➢ Color. During our Onnuri study, we come to realize that colors are forces. They form and transform our world, they guide our lifeforce, they filter our perception, they change our lives. We learn how to use such forces for treatment.

➢ Massage Rings. A very easy and fun to use instrument with great and speedy effects. Just let it roll!!!

➢ Moxibustion. These various types of warmwood allow us to provide heat in concentration in little corresponding areas with marvelous results.

All the instruments mentioned above are a study in itself, a study for which we offer the necessary guidelines in our courses.
